How long will it take for my account to be setup? |

Your account is activated in real time, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. There may be a short delay before you see the Web Builder Plus icon in your account control panel. |

How long will it take for my new domain name to become active? |

Domains are usually registered as soon as you order them, however it can take between 24 and 72 hours for them to become visible on the Internet. |

I've ordered my website builder, what now? |
|
You will receive an email with details on how to access your online control panel. Login and you will see a link to your website builder. If you do not receive an email, check your junk mail folder. |

How do I install the one-click scripts that come with my website builder? |
|
Simply select the script that you wish to install and enter a suitable directory name to install it into, then follow the instructions. Do not install into the root of your website as it may overwrite files created by the website builder. |

How can I pay for my web builder account or domain name? |
|
You can pay via a PayPal subscription. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use PayPal. Via PayPal we accept Mastercard, Maestro (Switch), Visa, Amex, Solo, Giropay and Direct Debit. |

Can I have a free trial of a web builder account? |

There is an online demo available for both of the website builder products that we offer. These demos are fully featured and should help you decide whether the website builder is suitable for you. |

Do I get an invoice? |

Yes, invoices are automatically generated by PayPal. Your invoice will be emailed to you. |

Do you offer telephone support? |

In order to keep costs to a minimum we do not offer telephone support. We have a comprehensive, searchable support database and a support ticketing system. Most support tickets are resolved within an hour. |

How do I cancel my account? |

Either log a support ticket via your control panel or cancel the subscription from within your PayPal account. |

What happens to my domain name if I cancel my account? |
|
If you registered your domain name through us you will still be able to use your domain name but all hosting services will be discontinued. We offer free website/email forwarding with domain name registration. You will also be billed for renewal when the domain registration expires. |
